Easy (Vegan) Chocolate Cake

Recipe from some kid’s baking book - sorry, the kid has it so I’m not sure which one!

Ingredients

1. 2 c sugar
2. 3 c flour
3. 2 tsp baking soda
4. 1 tsp salt
5. 3/4 c (63 g) cocoa
6. 2 c water
7. 3/4 c oil
8. 2 Tbsp white vinegar
9. 2 tsp vanilla

1. Mix the dry ingredients together - do this by hand and in a large bowl, it will be a lot of batter and splashy once the water gets added

6. 1 c water
7. 1/4 c + 2 Tbsp oil
