Easy (Vegan) Chocolate Cake
Recipe from some kid’s baking book - sorry, the kid has it so I’m not sure which one!
Ingredients
- 2 c sugar
- 3 c flour
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 3/4 c (63 g) cocoa
- 2 c water
- 3/4 c oil
- 2 Tbsp white vinegar
- 2 tsp vanilla
Instructions
- Mix the dry ingredients together - do this by hand and in a large bowl, it will be a lot of batter and splashy once the water gets added

- 1 c water
- 1/4 c + 2 Tbsp oil
- 1 Tbsp white vinegar
